To register as an eLink member, you must be unmarried (never married, divorced, or widowed) and 21 years of age or older. |

| 2. |
You must provide accurate personal information with honesty and responsibility. |
| |
| 3. |
We will keep your personal information confidential and use it only for providing you with our services. |
| |
| 4. |
We will not disclose your personal information to your match unless you agree. |
| |
| 5. |
While using our system, you must take responsibility for the information or opinions you provide for eLink or for other members. |
| |
| 6. |
Our role is only to provide the channel for members to match and date; you must maintain an attitude of honesty and prudence during the course of the relationship and take responsibility for the development and result of the relationship. |

| 7. |
Members must notify eLink before getting married, so that eLink can stop the matching service for you and send you a wedding present to congratulate you.

| 8. |
We believe that every matched member should date only one person at a time with honesty and focus. If a matched member wishes to restart the matching process, he/she must first kindly conclude the previous relationship and inform eLink. We will find a new match for you as soon as possible.

| 9. |
For better service quality and broader range of eLink, we ask that you agree to allow us to use your anonymous information for research and sharing purposes. |

Family Keepers owns the complete copyright to eLink and all its contents. Unauthorized revision and publishing are prohibited. |

This “Agreement” will serve as the formal agreement between eLink and its members. You are required to read thoroughly and express your agreement toward all of its contents before you can become a registered member. |

| 12. |
The fee is nonrefundable if any of the above is violated or if you or your match decides to end the relationship. |
